Product Quality Guarantee
At MinYi Tang Pet Furniture, we pride ourselves on product quality and are committed to ensuring that every product meets our stringent standards. However, if a product fails to meet these standards, we offer three solutions to help our valued customers resolve the issue quickly and effectively.
Solution ① Remanufacturing.
If a product does not meet our quality standards, we will arrange for remanufacturing at no extra cost to the customer.
Solution ② Refund.
A refund is available if:
The order has not been received within two months of the purchase date.
More than half of the items are defective, and the customer chooses not to remanufacture.
Solution ③ Coupon Compensation
At MinYi Tang Pet Furniture, we strive for perfection in every order. If minor issues arise that do not qualify for a refund or exchange, we offer a coupon ranging from $5 to $30 as a token of our appreciation.
Typical examples include:
Printing defects or packaging issues
Slight delivery delays
Minor differences in the order that do not affect product usability.
The coupon amount depends on the severity of the problem and is issued at our discretion.
Coupons are for future use only, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless otherwise stated.
